Internet Sales/BDC Agent

As an Internet Sales/BDC Agent, you'll play a vital role in our dynamic sales team, responsible for managing and converting online leads into valuable sales opportunities. Serving as the primary point of contact for potential customers, you'll deliver outstanding service and guidance throughout the purchasing journey.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Respond promptly and professionally to all online inquiries and leads via email, chat, and phone.

Engage with potential customers to discern their needs and preferences, scheduling appointments for test drives and vehicle demonstrations.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.

Collaborate closely with sales managers and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.

Stay abreast of product knowledge, current promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers, nurturing leads and fostering long-term relationships.

Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to boost lead generation and conversion rates.

Uphold the company's reputation for exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times.

 

Qualifications:

 

Preferred previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or related fields.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and inquiries simultaneously.

Proficiency in CRM software and other digital tools used for lead management and customer communication.

Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or customer service is advantageous.
