Duties and Responsibilities of a Ola Juice Bar Team Lead:
Performs administrative tasks of ordering, scheduling, checklist maintenance and growing our team
Greet and welcome all guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
Guest services- take orders, process payments, and run food to guests.
Answer questions about menu items, including nutritional benefits and allergens.
Prepare a variety of juice, smoothies, savory bowls and açaí bowls for guests.
Juice- cold press procedure, recipe adherence, cold press machinery operations.
Barista- passion for coffee, espresso, dialing in daily and throughout shift.
Milk steaming knowledge: temperature aeration.
High volume, work clean- maintain machinery.
This position requires early hours, availability on evenings and weekends.
All team members are cross-trained through the following positions: POS, Barista, Prep, Dish, Juicer, Smoothies, Food and Expo.
Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift and ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
