Objectives of this Role:
- Oversee daily social media management and posting.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments with designers.
- Maintain an "event-ready" showroom environment.
- Provide exceptional administrative and marketing support to sales designers.
- Social Media Management: Execute daily posts on all social media platforms to engage customers and increase showroom traffic.
- Lead Management: Contact and follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and ensure high conversion rates from leads to appointments.
- Showroom Coordination: Keep the showroom immaculate and ready to impress customers at all times.
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries about our products and design processes, and conduct informative showroom tours.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing showroom events, including managing invitations, RSVPs, and event logistics.
- Administrative Support: Provide robust administrative support to sales designers, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource management.
- Inventory and Equipment Management: Maintain inventory of sales collateral, samples, and office supplies; ensure all showroom equipment is in optimal working condition.
- 2-3 years of customer service and sales experience.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
- 1-2 years of marketing coordination experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Passion for design, customer service, and sales.
- Experience in event planning.
