Telecommunications Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Directly engage with homeowners to promote our clients’ wireless products and services.
- Support customers by providing information about promotions, sales, and wireless bundles.
- Confidently and professionally handle confidential customer information when closing the sale.
- Follow up with previous subscribers to ensure consumer satisfaction and drive customer engagement.
- Adhere to our clients’ compliance protocols and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with the Telecommunications Sales Representative team to monitor the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and recommend enhancements as needed.
Telecommunications Sales Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous background in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Confident in engaging directly with subscribers and effectively presenting information to potential customers.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
