Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Support Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in sales operations, customer service, and marketing support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the sales process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining customer records.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and support sales campaigns.
  • Support sales representatives in preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients.
  • Maintain accurate sales tracking reports and assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service or sales support experience is a plus but not required.
