WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 9 AM and 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays when needed.

As a Sales Coordinator, your dynamic role involves setting meeting spaces, posting on social media, inputting rooming lists, and planning client events. Your dedication to excellent customer service will create loyal repeat customers. In a fast-paced environment, you'll showcase your organizational skills and contribute to the success of our sales and marketing efforts.


DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Physical ability to set up meeting spaces, including moving tables and chairs
  • Self-starter with great time management skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Highly computer literate
  • Fast learner
  • Flexible with the ability to work occasional Saturdays and evenings
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get between properties

Experience using Marriott/Fosse and IHG/Opera software is preferred.
