Job Description:

The primary purpose of our company is to provide a WORLD-CLASS EXPERIENCE to our home buyers and homeowners. The Assistant Builder is responsible for the homes and communities' cleanliness. You will be held accountable for the construction site's cleanliness on all assigned homes, inside and outside. Depending on how the city and communities are arranged, you can be responsible for maintaining the model home landscaping. You will be asked to assist in checking-in material deliveries, inspections, and finishing out the home. Although your primary purpose is the cleanliness of both the homesite and community(s), you are expected to manage the trade partners' day-to-day needs and ensure first-time quality is achieved. You will work closely with the Builder and assist in any builder task as needed, such as scheduling, customer interactions, and any warranties that may require contribution from an assistant builder. You will be required to complete the Builder Training Program within eight months of hire.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure clean floors and the job site by sweeping the home's interior, power-washing flatwork and garage floors, and keeping the home's exterior free of unnecessary debris and trash.
• Check In material via FTQ 360 inspection and organize the material to ensure material is stored inside the home properly.
• The home's exterior will remain free of unnecessary debris and trash throughout the build.
• Pick up trash around the community.
• Maintain the model home maintenance to ensure the model home is grand opening ready every day. Manage materials needed for the model home, such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, coffee, etc.
• Remove weeds within the community when necessary.
• Maintain community signage.
• Sweep street gutters when needed to adhere to specific development standards.
• As directed, aid the Builder in performing punchout items in the home.
• As directed, aid the Builder in obtaining material or returning unneeded/damaged material.
• As directed, aid the builder in managing day-to-day tasks as they arise with trade partner's needs.
• As directed, aid the builder in any FTQ inspections assigned to you by management.
• As directed, aid the builder in holding the trade partners accountable to job scope and French Brother's quality standards.
• As directed, aid the builder in conducting homeowner touch points such as Pre-Construction conference, Frame Stage tour, Orientation, and Confirmation Tour.
• As directed, aid the builder in any necessary duties by obtaining documentation from City to proceed with the building or closing of the home.
• As directed by the builder, you will be expected to ensure homes are open and ready for work to begin each workday and locked up and secured at the end of each workday.
• Manage roll-offs and porta-potties, schedule for cleanings and delivery/releases.
