Job Summary:
As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will oversee comprehensive patient care, utilizing a professional practice model. Your primary responsibilities include patient assessment, identification of health issues, care planning, and evaluation of patient responses.

- Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
