We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Healthcare IT for a dynamic role managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing various types of projects including applications, technology/infra, or growth/construction projects. Experience with Epic EHR projects is a plus but not required.Responsibilities:
Manage 6-8 projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Adapt and pivot to various projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and strong organizational skills.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and stakeholders.Primary Skills:
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Healthcare IT.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (6-8 projects).
Experience managing applications, technology/infra, or growth/construction projects.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with Epic EHR projects is a plus but not required.
PMP certification is preferred but not required.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven track record of successful project management in Healthcare IT.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
