Responsibilities:Job description
- Assist healthcare providers with documentation and administrative tasks during patient encounters
- Accurately and efficiently document patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatments in electronic health records (EHR)
- Transcribe physician orders, prescriptions, and other medical instructions
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Provide medical administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Assist with coding and billing processes to ensure accurate reimbursement
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Medical Scribe or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support
- Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs
Skills:
- Medical administrative support
- Coding experience
- Patient service skills

Qualifications:- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Associate degree in medical scribe or Medical Assistant
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Flexible schedule and ability to work independently
