Position Summary
*Must have open availability (Monday through Sunday, 6A - 10PM)*

Snap Kitchen wants store team members who are passionate about health and helping others through promoting the importance of correct nutrition. As Snap Kitchen’s Shift Supervisor you will report directly to and work very closely with the store’s General Manager. You will be designated as a leader in the building and may be assigned higher level responsibilities to help with the store’s overall success. It is a Shift Supervisor’s responsibility to engage with all customers; provide superb customer service, educate guests, answer guests’ questions, ask customers key health questions, and advertise top selling items.


Key Accountabilities

  • Act as a mentor to less experienced Snap Kitchen Team Members and be the leader in the building in the absence of the General Manager

  • Provide excellent customer services and supporting Snap’s mission to provide healthy convenient food

  • Maintain overall store hygiene and cleanliness; Wiping down counters and tables, sweeping, making sure the condiment station is always clean and everything is filled.

  • Maintaining inventory; keeping shelves stocked, keeping up with cooler temperatures and filling pantry items as needed.

  • Promote new and popular menu items, Snap events and in store loyalty program

  • Maintaining high-level customer care, providing appropriate refunds and exchange

  • Utilize Snap in-store technology, such as; checking emails, printing out and completing manifest, opening and closing stores.

Who you are…

  • 1-5 years of previous store team member experience within a retail, food or nutrition environment preferred

  • Experience in team management

  • Professional Communication Skills

  • A high school diploma with some college preferred

  • Commitment to the ongoing success of Snap Kitchen

  • Commitment to driving sales through Membership Signups, Upselling, and Marketing to the community

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks

  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing working environment

  • Ability to remain reserved in high-pressure situations

  • Have a passion for health and great food

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail

  • Ability to to navigate through different Operating Systems (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
