Highlights of the Health and Wellness Coordinator Connections Position:

POSITION SUMMARY: Assist the HWD in maintaining the standards of resident care in Connections, and staff development. Assist the HWD in interpreting policies according to the standards of nursing practice. Provide administrative leadership in Connections, including ensuring the performance of Connections Programming, as needed, to maintain program integrity and consistency.
