Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a service advisor role in the automotive industry
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with both customers and technicians
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures and terminology
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Proficient computer skills and experience with dealership software systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
