About the Opportunity

The Contract Management Administrator supports the Contract Administration Organization with daily activities surrounding the Service Excellence Manager and their teams by providing assistance with a focus on customer service, responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through.

As Contract Management Administrator, you will:

  • Set up and manage contracts in ERP system
  • Opening monthly service jobs for all locations
  • Move jobs from free to planned to ensure procurement
  • Follow up on customer purchase order numbers for contracts
  • Follow up with executed copies of contracts
  • Support service coordinators in scheduling monthly service jobs
  • Manage service parts used for service in the ERP system by equipment
  • Update of leads, opportunities, quotes and orders in CRM
  • Managing Excel spreadsheets for monthly reporting

About You

  • Minimum of a two-year degree or two years of relevant experience as listed below
  • Minimum of two years' experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail
