What you will be doing:
  • Making initial contact with a potential client or companies to arrange follow-up meetings for the sales team.
  • Support the sales team with information on client history and client outlook.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
  • Maintaining the company CRM, which includes inbound sales leads and client updates from the sales team.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and project management, to ensure client lead information is accurate.

Your experience and skills include:
  • Experience in a sales support role and cold calling to work sale leads to determine point of contact.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Skilled in reaching out to prospective clients unfamiliar with our business.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Capable of task prioritization and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.

Your team and working environment:
Sight & Sound Productions / Mugwump Productions is based in Jacksonville, FL. This is an in-person position, and you will be working in our newly built building conveniently located near the Town Center (off 295 & Beach Blvd.).
