To strengthen our Sintetica US team at our headquarters in Princeton, NJ, we are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst.

Essential Tasks And Responsibilities
  • The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Accounting/Finance Function for Sintetica US and will report directly to the Finance Director.
  • Work directly with Finance Director on Financial Planning and Analysis exercises, such as forecasting, budgets, profitability analysis, and reporting.
  • Assist in the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, analyzing trends and variances related to revenue and expenses, and prepare financial statements.
  • Provide on-site financial support to the Finance Director, US team and work collaboratively with the Global Finance team.
  • Assist with the preparation of Management presentation materials.
  • Tracking financial terms and conditions of customer contracts and work together with the company’s third-party service providers, 3PL, Pharmacovigilance etc.
  • Responsible for sales reporting and sales reserves and allowances accounting and analysis; become familiar with key customer contracts and terms.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, inventory integrity, fixed asset records, general & cost accounting, and 3PL reporting.
  • Set-up financial models used in product profitability analysis and update quarterly.
  • Interface with auditors and manage annual audit.
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities may be assigned time to time.
Requirements
  • Degree in accounting, finance, CPA or equivalent
  • 5+ years progressive experience in the Finance/Accounting field, Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, Revenue Recognition, Cost Accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.)
  • Superior analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • MS Office, especially excel and accounting software proficiency (Quickbooks)
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Team-working oriented approach
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, autonomy, proactivity, innovation-oriented
