Position Overview:
As the Corporate HR Manager at Kingston Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. You will lead a team of HR professionals to drive strategic HR programs that support our mission and values while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Work will be performed in-person at our corporate office in downtown Toledo, OH.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
- Oversee all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations for approximately 75 home office employees.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to company leadership and decision-makers in all aspects of employee relations.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
- Oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to benefits and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity; recognition; and morale; occupational health and safety.
- Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to the leadership team.
The ideal candidate will possess:

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of human resource management experience with a team of 5 or more people.
- SRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience will be highly regarded.
