As the General Manager, you will oversee all facets of the business, including operational functions, sales growth, and financial outcomes. Maintaining the renowned Culligan customer service standard is paramount. Culligan Water of Virginia is a renowned leader in commercial and residential water treatment and filtration systems, known for providing the highest quality drinking water solutions to our local customers.

Culligan of Front Royal operates as part of the Virginia Culligan franchise group, a family-owned and operated enterprise with nearly 80 years of industry expertise. In Front Royal, you will join a team dedicated to expanding our customer base and driving business growth.

Role Summary:

As the General Manager, you will:


Lead by example in demonstrating our values: Caring About Relationships, Accountability, and Open-Mindedness

Facilitate dealership growth through a net gain in units and services, key revenue, and total revenue.

Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through efficient route and service initiatives.

Qualifications:
