As part of our team, you will get to work with industry subject matter experts and government experts onboard ships in varying stages of maintenance to identify and predict issues before they occur. You will translate that knowledge into preventative maintenance plans, help increase shipboard repair experience, and ensure the reliability of complex Navy shipboard machinery.

We seek individuals experienced in: data analytics; technology; naval engineering; and Navy maintenance and repair practices who are excited about the opportunity to be a part of a team developing new standards of excellence. In the maintenance lifecycle, we need people to find problems, figure out how to mitigate them, and then fix them to preserve operational capability and reduce risk to the overall maintenance/repair availability.
