The ideal candidate will be able to jump in and help with basic office duties right away but will be trained in the details of the position.

 

A&A Safety, Inc. is a leading provider in traffic safety, dedicated to ensuring public safety on highways and roadways. Our offerings include traffic control, pavement marking, construction and roadway signage, traffic control devices, personal protective equipment, and graphic design services.

 

The Contract Coordinator's responsibilities include:

  • General Office Duties – answering phones, assisting with sales orders, filing
  • Handling walk-in customers
  • Entering new contracts – data entry into our accounting software, creating and maintaining files
  • Shipping/Receiving of mail and packages
  • Entering product certifications
  • Ordering office supplies

 

Requirements for the Contract Coordinator position are:

  • 1-3 years of administration experience
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Basic math skills (pre-employment math aptitude test will be given)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in these categories a plus, but not required:
    • ODOT, CMS and Material Certifications
    • Knowledge of Certified Payroll
    • Accounting Software
