Currently, our practice is seeking a Front Office Admin for our office in Commerce, TX The ideal candidate will have prior Front Office Experience to include dental insurance coordination, block scheduling, back office dental duties, and the ability to answer phones quickly and efficiently.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet patients and make them feel welcomed and relaxed.
  • Assist in treatments when needed/as directed.
  • Conduct morning team huddles.
  • Make appointments for new and existing patients by answering calls and emails in a prompt manner.
  • Explain dental procedures, treatment times and payment options.
  • Gather patient information to include reason for visit, contact information and insurance verification.
  • Send appointment details and reminders.
  • Manage and daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to meet the practice production and collection goals.

Education/Requirements:

  • Dental Assistant Registration and prior dental experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior Front Office Experience
  • Basic knowledge of practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Etc.)
