Responsibilities


Staff Management:

Schedule employee shifts and manage staffing levels.

Provide guidance, support, and coaching to staff members.


Store Operations:

Open and close the store, including handling cash and managing cash register operations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.


Inventory Control:

Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving products.

Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and address discrepancies.


Visual Merchandising:

Ensure the store layout promotes easy navigation for customers.


Safety and Compliance:

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience in retail, with a preference for lead or supervisory experience.
