Job DescriptionJob Description

Diehl Automotive is growing and expanding We are looking for experienced Automotive Service Advisors at several of our Massillon locations. Customer service, data entry, writing estimates, and working as a team with the technicians and other advisors will be primary the responsibilities. Prior experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

As a Service Advisor you will:

  • Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
  • Obtain accurate information regarding the customers vehicle, documenting any and all concerns to the repair order
  • Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according manufactures specifications
  • Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts
  • Provide customers with a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services performed to their vehicle
  • Obtain prior authorization from the customer or warranty company of repairs that need to be completed
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments, and follow up with customers on work in progress
  • Verify manufacturer and extended warranty coverage

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
  • DMS experience (preferred)
