We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our Pharmacy employees, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need to perform their best. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
1. Manage correspondence for principals
2. Manage multiple calendars - principals, students, patient appts, staffing, training, and projects, others
3. Organize and maintain physical and computer files, resources, credentialing documents, training manuals, patient handouts, etc
4. Run reports and maintain data
5. Maintain logs of items to be completed, signed off, submitted for billing
5. Help with phones and messaging systems
6. Projects to maintain above systems
7. Facilitate coordination with outside parties - billing service, social media, vendors, etc
ORGANIZATION, COMMUNICATION, & COMPUTER SKILLS
Computer programs: MS Office, Google
We will provide training in the use of multiple other computer programs that are used by our practice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree or administrative training is preferred
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
