We are looking to employee an experienced Professional Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage our construction projects, supervise from inception to completion, and supervise crew members. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of construction procedures, building codes, safety regulations, and management skills. This position requires the ideal candidate to have a proactive approach to managing crew members, coordinating tasks, resolving issues that may arise, and daily operation reports. Candidate must also possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Technologically savvy is also increasingly important.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and inspect the construction site from start to finish on a daily basis.
  • Managing and instructing site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance
  • Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
  • Maintaining and reporting accurate records of employee attendance, site activities,
    and progress reports.
  • Collaborating with Project Managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all
    activities align with the project plan.
  • Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and
    budget specifications.
  • Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials.
  • Resolves conflicts and problems as they arise.
  • Meeting Management: Assist business meetings with company owner to discuss
    active projects as needed.
  • Strong communication skills in person, over the phone and email.
  • Physical endurance and strength for heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.


Minimum Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience as site supervisor
  • Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations
  • Knowledge of construction tools and equipment
  • Outstanding leadership skills


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field.
  • Previous job experience in Palm Beach County
  • Understanding of cabinet hardware and materials
  • Ability to interpret blueprints
  • Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills


Required Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry a up to 50 lbs
  • Prolonged hours standing
