  • Provides oversight of cases, reviewing and auditing case files, sitting in on appointments, and providing prompt and actionable feedback to subordinates.
  • Manages walk-in patients, referrals, program education, and conducts one-on-one service recovery. May have a small caseload of high-need clients or provide one-on-one services with clients.
  • Provides support to Program Manager, assisting with daily operations, managing staffing schedules, calendaring, and liaising with community partners, especially regarding staffing community events and sites.

Description


Provides coordination for a fast-paced, client focused DUI Program. Manages education services, having the day-to-day responsibility for the administrative supervision of the counselors assigned to this program and the participant activities, ensuring compliance with the DUI program policies and procedures. As needed, the supervisor facilitates groups (education, orientation, make up and other program groups), maintains individual caseload and counseling. Interacts with clients to reduce the negative impact and stigma of chemical and alcohol involvement in daily life.


Education & Experience

  • Experience facilitating groups and conducting individual counseling sessions required.
  • A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor required.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact respectfully with the public both in person and on the phone.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A strong employment background in business and business management is strongly preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge and experience working with Title IX regulations is required.
  • Practical experience working in DUI programs, including case management and administrative duties.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, as well as the ability to interact with and relate to a wide range of individuals.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is desirable.

Pay & Benefits


At Janus, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $72,000 and $75,000 annualy and your base pay will be considered on your job-related skills, training, qualifications, experience, and relevant education.
