As a Project Coordinator/Analyst at Resource Innovations, you will have a vital role in our Outreach team, responsible for managing and supporting diverse outreach campaigns, conducting data analysis, and overseeing contract administration to help us achieve our energy-saving objectives.

Working within a specialized team, the primary responsibility of a Project Coordinator/Analyst is to drive the processes that demonstrate the energy savings achieved for our clients. This entails project tracking, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to monitor performance and forecasting, as well as conducting quality control reviews. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, both internally and externally, and be adept at problem-solving. They should also have the ability to process and visualize data for a wide range of stakeholders. In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine interest in energy efficiency, possess a background in researching commercial energy efficiency projects, and exhibit a balanced combination of technical expertise and training/presentation skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide overall project coordination and general administrative support to the program team.
  • Manage data entry and file management for program-specific software programs, such as Salesforce, SharePoint, PowerBI, Tableau, and expert excel knowledge to support team tracking and reporting needs. Ensure accurate project status, auditable records, and documentation that projects are proceeding as planned.
  • Support program-related training efforts to both internal and external customers. This could include developing PowerPoint presentations, user guides, tracking attendance, running web meetings, and supporting development and routing of workshop materials.
  • Prepare routine reports for both internal and external customers. This may involve running reports from program-specific software, analyzing data for accuracy and completeness, reconciling inconsistencies, reaching out to others for highlights/updates, and inserting exported information into report templates.
  • Support the coordination and planning of meetings, events, webinars, conference calls, etc. Record and publish meeting minutes upon request.
  • Assist customers to participate strategically in utility programs and effectively screen and manage customer project leads to ensure savings targets are met, and compliance with program requirements.
  • Actively track customer engagements and interactions using SalesForce customer management software.
  • Customer and client communication and other duties may also be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associates, Bachelor's degree, and/or other building trades-related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency or the building efficiency industry is a plus
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
