FCS is actively looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager for their top client in the Greater Hartford, CT area. This is a Direct Hire / Permanent opportunity with a specialized Med-Device Manufacturer that's recognized as a Top 100 "Best Company's to Work For in the Nation", and industry leader in the designing and developing comprehensive solutions for Med-Devices.

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Manufacturing Engineers, directing the New Product Introductions (NPI) from Engineering to the Production & Manufacturing, providing oversight through validation, process/design/revision changes, and creating solutions to meet customer requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Engineering discipline, with a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in the Med-Device, Aerospace, and/or Technology industry.
  • Proven experience managing and directing New Product Introductions (NPI) from the design stage through Engineering, Validation, to Production & Manufacturing.
  • Expertise in managing and directing new and existing programs, creating timelines, KPI's, deliverables, resource planning, etc.
  • Strong Leadership qualities with prior experience managing teams of Manufacturing Engineers.
  • Develops business proposals for design improvements, revising and reviewing SOP's for newly developed processes.
  • Cultivates strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within accounts and develops a deep knowledge of the customer organization.
