As a member of PF Technician team, you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of all equipment and overseeing all areas of our facilities to ensure a positive member experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Identify, diagnose and fix problems or issues with efficiency on all equipment
  • Maintain and repair Black Card Spa amenities (i.e., hydro machines, tanning, etc.)
  • Upkeep interior finishes (i.e., walls, floors, ceilings, etc.)
  • Source and hire outside help from experts when needed (i.e., plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc.)
  • Order and install parts quickly to minimize the time machines are out of order
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance (i.e., tighten bolts, oil machines, repair belts, etc.)
  • Maintain parts and tools in a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications:


  • Must be age 18 or over
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to listen and empathize for problem solving
  • Honest, punctual, and dependable
  • CPR/AED certified (if not, training to be provided by PF)
  • Valid drivers license as travel is required

Physical Demands:


  • Continual standing and walking during shift
  • Continual reaching with hands, fingers, arms during shift
  • Occasional climbing, balancing kneeling and crouching during shift
  • Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals
  • Working smart and safe
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
