YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR REMOTE IT OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

As the IT Operations Administrator, you will be the superhero of our information technology department, swooping in to address and prioritize help desk tickets with precision and care. You'll be the friendly face that our staff turns to when technical gremlins rear their heads, providing top-notch troubleshooting and support. Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll be in constant communication with IT colleagues and management to tackle any issues that require a team effort.

REQUIREMENTS

  • IT support experience
  • Knowledge and experience with triaging tickets and comfortable with using Jira
  • Customer service experience
  • User administration experience
  • Proficiency with Windows Enterprise Environment as well as M365 applications
