This position will be hybrid based 3 days/week out of our Lake Worth, FL OR Chicago, IL office. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assist in the execution of a best in class hiring and onboarding experience. This position offers an ideal starting point for someone looking to work for our high growth company and to start a career in recruitment, talent analytics, or a broader Talent Management or People Team position

Your impact:

  • Initiate new hire onboarding and coordinate the pre-hire, high touch process which includes, but is not limited to, generating applicant paperwork and sending for digital signing, initiating background screenings, creating Jira tickets, entering data into our HRIS, and coordinating the onboarding with People Operations and Training and Development teams.
  • Oversee the administration of the Employee Referral bonus program, determine eligibility and coordinate the processing of payment.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data-entry of new hires
  • Maintain and update the Talent Acquisitions library of documents as our processes evolve

About you:

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent amount of related experience required
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting highly preferred
  • High professionalism in written and verbal communication
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times, act with discretion
  • Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability
  • Ability to act with a sense of urgency, and to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging and team-oriented work environment
