The company is seeking to hire a full-time Project Coordinator to support our Professional Services team.


Role Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop project plans and ensure project deliverables are on schedule

    Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and address potential roadblocks

    Monitor project progress, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders

    Manage project documentation, including project plans, reports, and status updates

    Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

    Provide support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, documenting meeting minutes, and managing project-related communication

    Facilitate project-related training and support for team members and clients as needed

    Work with service leaders on staffing, reporting, and customer experience

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in project coordination in the IT industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with project management software and tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
