Telarus is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, results-driven individual to join our Sales Team as a Senior Program Manager, Sales Enablement. The role oversees and coordinates projects and programs to ensure all cross-departmental resources are aligned to the common goal for the benefit of corporate objectives.  Main duties involve development of new programs, organizing and tracking programs, management of key sales tools and technologies, readouts on status and progress, and ensuring alignment of key stakeholders. This role will also involve process design, implementation, documentation, and training. 


Sales Enablement Programs include: 

  • Independent Business Associate “Branchise” Program 
  • Partner Recognition  
  • Sales Tool Management including Salesforce enhancements for Sales  
  • Sales Contests 
  • Coordination of weekly Sales communication vehicle 
  • Onboarding sales new hires 

 

What you do: 

  •  Program Development and Coordination: 

           Oversee end-to-end performance of sales enablement initiatives. 

           Develop new programs that enhance sales effectiveness. 

           Organize and track program progress, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. 

           Manage key sales tools and technologies. 

  • Process Design and Implementation: 

           Design and implement efficient processes to streamline sales enablement efforts. 

           Document best practices and ensure consistent execution. 

  • Training and Communication: 

           Collaborate with management to identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge sales technologies. 

           Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries via email and phone. 

           Attend essential sales training meetings to stay informed about company services and products. 

  • Project Management: 

           Independently complete projects with minimal supervision. 

           Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. 

  

Skills and Qualifications: 

  •  Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales, sales operations, or enablement roles. 
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and maintain excellence. 
  • Technology Proficiency: 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 
  • Salesforce.com expertise, including reporting. 
  • Experience with Outreach.io preferred. 
  • Familiarity with building comprehensive sales technology stacks integrated with Salesforce. 
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to address challenges effectively. 
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Ensure efficient resource allocation. 
  • Teamwork and Motivation: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals. 
  • Passion for Sales Support: Enthusiasm for empowering sales teams. 

 

  Compensation: 

  • Salary commensurate with experience. 

 

Physical Requirements:
