Mozaic is searching for a Site Supervisor for Day Hab/Day Services in Cayuga County to join our growing team of professionals. This position is responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensures compliance with regulations and agency policies and procedures.

Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for direct supervision, training, and mentoring of direct support professional staff.
  • Ensures compliance with regulations and agency policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all program participants are protected of their rights at all times.
  • Confirm all activities are completed by individuals as outlined in their Life Plans.
  • Plans and coordinates daily activities.
  • Ensures all assigned staff are fully trained per agency requirements to implement the DSP duties and responsibilities
  • Follow the program budget and track financial documentation
  • Develops and maintains positive and professional relationships with families/guardians of the individuals, local businesses and service providers.

Site Supervisor Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Two years supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Basic computer skills.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (Flexibility is Required)

Salary Range: $19.00 to $21.00 Per hour
