What Can You Expect:

• Contribute to our robust Preconstruction team through winning bids and increasing the profitability of the company.
• Estimate cost of construction for new products
• Cultivate strong relationships with our staff, clients, subcontractors, and business partners.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and other associated costs.
• Participate in bid review meetings and negotiations with clients and subcontractors.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4-5 years experience within the Water Resource Construction Industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• A mind for numbers and a strong mathematics skillset
• Dedicated team leader/member
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience reading blueprints, construction drawings, and addendums
• Experience utilizing Microsoft products, Bluebeam, HCSS, and other Preconstruction Software products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have Water/Wastewater Experience
