Position Purpose:

The Director of Corporate Accounts is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans with key AvaSure customers and the top 20 Health Systems. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the healthcare market. The Director of Corporate Accounts will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare executives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate accounts management, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Experience negotiating contracts and other commercial terms
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue goals and growth targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the medical device industry
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture them
  • Manage and lead a team of account managers and customer service representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas for growth and innovation
  • Develop and negotiate pricing, contracts, and other commercial terms with customers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in CRM system
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and senior leadership
