What you’ll do:
- Provide troubleshooting support for Microsoft Office applications and M365 Administration
- Perform PC installation and troubleshooting
- Assist with network and server troubleshooting
- Set up laptops for new users, ensuring proper configuration and software installation. Including user cleanups, revoking licenses of users, and converting to shared mailboxes for ex-employees
- Setup and troubleshoot phone system, which includes physical phones, the online portal for assignments, phone trees, and corporate numbers for our office and terminal locations
- Maintain IT processes regarding information security, and cybersecurity controls across the network
- Perform maintenance and set-up tasks for email groups
- Reimage procedures on laptops to maintain system performance and security
- Support company software applications: troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when needed
- Writing documentation: end-user and technical process documentation
- Experience using IT ticketing systems to respond and document issues
- Performs other duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Four or more years of experience in IT Technical Support Roles
- Relevant certifications in IT support or related areas are a plus
- Moderate network and server administration
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and troubleshooting common issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
- Experience with Office 365 system administration
- Good problem-solving skills; Dependable and self-motivated
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; talk or listen
- The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; lift overhead; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- This position requires frequent manual dexterity in combination with eye/hand coordination such as keyboarding and assembling small parts
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
