Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Mechanic with experience working in an auto-collision shop, preferably with specialized knowledge of Tesla vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality repairs. They will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing collision damage, performing maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of repairs needed
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, particularly in Tesla vehicles
• Use specialized equipment and tools to complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and repair procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with other team members to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair processes and address any concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Mechanic in an auto-collision shop
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Experience working with Tesla vehicles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with collision repair techniques and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and advancements
