As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for site preparation, site organization, equipment operation, and maintaining a safe work environment among other duties assigned by your supervisor.Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards.
  • Load and unload building materials for use.
  • Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth as needed.
  • Operate various equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Utilize a range of tools including brooms, shovels, and pavement breakers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in construction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions.
  • Proficiency in basic math and reading tape ruler measurements.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Willingness to work in diverse environmental conditions.
