Your Role:
As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll:

• Craft and refine engineering designs with Bentley’s OpenRoads Designer, shaping the arteries of our infrastructure.
• Engineer solutions from the ground up, including horizontal and vertical alignments, drainage systems, and traffic management strategies.
• Champion accessibility, designing ADA-compliant pathways that connect communities.
• Be the maestro of roundabouts, orchestrating the flow of traffic with precision.
• Estimate, calculate, and forecast, turning numbers into narratives.
• Draft specifications that set the standard for construction excellence.
• Dive deep into preliminary engineering, from traffic studies to project reports, you’re the detective uncovering the clues to success.
• Nurture client relationships, becoming the trusted face of our firm.
• Collaborate across disciplines, learning, teaching, and innovating in unison.

Your Background:

• A degree in Civil Engineering is your foundation.
• Your experience is a tapestry woven from projects with entities like ODOT and local municipalities.
• OpenRoads Designer is your canvas; Civil 3D knowledge is your bonus palette.
• Roundabout design isn’t just a skill—it’s your signature.
• A PE license is your golden ticket, or you’re on the quest to claim it.
