Business Development Support Specialist 

Success Description 

Role Overview: As a Business Development Support Specialist at Vigilance Health, your primary goal is to generate qualified prospects by providing exceptional marketing and sales support. Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and networking events to generate leads and expand our client base. 
  2. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitor strategies. 
  3. Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing them with qualified leads, market insights, and support in preparing sales pitches and presentations. 
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders to foster business opportunities and partnerships. 
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and identify areas for improvement. 
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall business growth. 


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

     1. Marketing Support:

            a. Support 4 to 5 market campaigns per month.

            b. 20 qualified leads generated per month.

            c. Conversion rate of leads to sales opportunities

            d. Accuracy and relevance of market insights and competitor analysis.

            e. Number of new market opportunities.

     2. Sales Support:

            a. Supporting 4 to 5 sales campaign.

            b. 20 sales prospect generations per month.

            c. 20 sales presentation set per month.

            d. Quality and effectiveness of sales materials and presentations.

            e. Feedback from sales team on support provided.

      3. Relationship Building:

            a. Number of new relationships established with key stakeholders.

            b. Client satisfaction and retention rates.

      4. Reporting and Analysis:

            a. Timeless and accuracy of performance reports

            b. Identification and implication of improvement strategies based on data analysis.

      5. Collaboration:

            a. Frequency and quality of collaboration with internal teams.

            b. Contribution to team meetings and strategy sessions.
