Title: Service Coordinator 

Reports to: Vice President of Service


General Duties and responsibilities:


  • Assist with service dispatch and call scheduling
  • Follow-up on work order discrepancies
  • Maintain paperless purchase order and invoicing program
  • Finalize and enter invoices
  • Maintain unbilled costs report and review with supervisor
  • Review service reports with service management
  • Track customer P.O.s to insure accurate invoicing and payment
  • Assist with tech quotes
  • Open sales quotes
  • Assist in processing payroll
  • Order material when necessary
  • Coordinate subcontractors and paperwork with sales and management
  • Special tasks as assigned by supervisor
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude

 

This front-line service position is responsible for processing customer requests for service. This position is responsible for the issuance of work order numbers and P.O. numbers to field personnel as well as processing service billings.

This position helps prepare and review monthly service reports with service management and helps manage and grow a world-class service organization.
