As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering customer information into our databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality. You will work closely with our customer service team to provide exceptional service to our clients while maintaining organized records of interactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry: Accurately input customer information, orders, inquiries, and other relevant data into our database systems.

  2. Quality Assurance: Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct as needed to maintain data integrity.

  3. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to gather necessary information or clarify details for accurate data entry.

  4. Documentation: Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions for reference and audit purposes.

  5. Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.

  6. Collaboration: Work closely with shipping, receiving, and dispatch dept to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

  7. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive customer information with care and maintain confidentiality according to company policies and procedures.

     

    Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in data entry or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong typing and 10-key skills with 40 WPM.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry software, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and customer needs.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Bilingual Preferred


Multiple positions available Parttime and Fulltime. 

Floater: On call, for when coverage is needed. 

Schedule: Mon - Fri. (ask your recruiter regarding available shift)

Starting Pay $21/per hour.
