Administrative Support Specialist


Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to work for a civilian federal agency. This position requires experience managing multiple projects and responsibilities, working with minimal supervision, and providing a high level of accuracy and initiative. Candidate should have experience handling executive office administrative responsibilities such as acting as liaison between the leadership, staff, and other officials; preparing reports; researching special issues and topics; and explaining procedures.

This is an In-office position located in Washington D.C.

Administrative Support Specialist duties & responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support specifically dedicated to the requirements of the project team

· Supervises complex executive and management calendars while allocating tasks to administrative support team for smooth operational flow.

· Maintains high level professionalism when engaging with C-suite personnel

· Interface with personnel to coordinate meetings, maintain logs, records and files, provides end-user support, and performs general administrative duties

· Plan and produce correspondence, reports, proposals, memos, and other documentation

· Operate spreadsheet software such as Excel to produce finished documents.

· Proofread completed documents

· Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills

· Provide copying and production support as needed

· Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal public trust/security clearance executive

Minimum Education:

Associate degree

Minimum Experience:

4 years of relevant experience.
