• Manage and develop B2B business tools strategy and vision to support customers activities and requirements.

• Manage B2B Digital Tools team with focus to expand the support and service to all external and internal customers.

• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of current and new tools within the business portal.

• Explore and recommend new or improved digital strategies and best practices for enhanced user experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships involving all key stakeholder departments, B2B clients and strategic partners.

• Prepare budgets, bids, and contracts, and direct the negotiation of research contracts.

• Consult and negotiate with clients to prepare project scope.

• Monitor and analyze digital products performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates, conversion rates, return on investment (ROI) and revenue generating activities.

• Translate business use cases and ideas into comprehensive business requirements, process flow-diagrams and design documents for Software implementation.

• Manage the B2B products road map, including but not limited to: -

o Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

o Structure and analyze issues, provide solutions within a wider context and check impact of different digital solutions.

o Manage internal and external development teams to meet business expectations

o Provide third-line Technical Support and Training for Internal staff and key customers.

o Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create educational and engaging content that addresses B2B customer pain points and challenges.

o Quality test, troubleshoot and debug software tools by implementing improved solutions.

• Daikin North American liaison with Daikin affiliates and 3rd party software development companies as applicable on the development of strategic tools and enhancements.

Nature & Scope:

• Ensures work is aligned with the Director’s expectations, goals, and vision 

• Accountable for implementation of policies, processes, and procedures for short-term results

• Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from Senior Manager/Director

• Works on difficult to moderately complex issues and projects 

• Provides guidance and training to subordinates

• Has authority to hire, recommend pay, establish performance and recommend for termination

• Level of signing authority established by company policy/guidelines

Knowledge & Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work and lead in a team environment with positive flexible attitude, with a can-do approach to solving problems.

• Strong understanding of technology, data and process designs, with analytical and creative critical thinking skills.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation, lead generation, CRM, Service tools and analytics.

• Have experience troubleshooting and debugging of software programs.

• Effective project management, organizational and time management skills

• Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems and resolve applied issues.

• Intermediate to Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook)

• Background in database design and management: VBA language, SQL, Access, etc.

• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Digital B2B Manager or in a similar role.

• Minimum 3 years’ of HVAC industry experience is preferred

• 5 years of managing business portal, digital platforms, project management and related experience

• 5+ years of experience leading or managing professionals directly or indirectly

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor’s Engineering degree with Business Analytics, Mechanical Engineering, with HVAC bias

People Management: Yes
