We are a mental health intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization treatment center focused on teenagers. What will you do
- Maintain close communication with clinical staff and assist developing and modifying the program and treatment plans.
- Conduct regular supervision sessions, offering guidance, feedback, and support to team members.
- Manage clinical team schedules, task assignments, and time sheets to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Assist in leading clinical meetings to discuss case reviews, treatment planning, and program development.
- Monitor and review documentation by clinical staff to ensure that documentation is maintained in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Maintain a caseload of clients conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Provide clinical direction and support with crisis management.
- Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.
What we look for
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current Florida licensure as a mental health professional. License as qualified supervisor is a plus.
- +3 years of experience with mental health with adolescents/ young adults.
- Supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to lead a clinical team.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches for mental health and substance use disorders (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI, ACT certification is a plus).
- Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards, DCF, AHCA and private insurance requirements.
- Experience using EMR for documentation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Level 2 Background Check and Drug Test required.
