Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, fully onsite
Compensation: $18-$20/hr
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Contract to hire
Job Requirements:
Year(s) of Experience: 1+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience.
Education: Bachelor Degree required.
Additional: Proficiency in MS Suite (word, excel, etc.) is required. AS/400 experience is a plus
Your Mission:
As our client's Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the driving force behind their administrative tasks and sales responsibilities. From order entry to inventory management, you'll ensure seamless operations while also making impactful sales contributions.
What You'll Do:
- Dive into administrative tasks like order entry and inventory updates.
- Manage sales responsibilities including inventory management, contract sales, and calling current clients.
- Maintain open order reports, expedite orders, and initiate sales leads.
- Collaborate closely with outside sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and travel as needed to support clients alongside outside sales representative.
- Reach out to customers to obtain information needed for accounts.
- Make account adjustments in system.
- Provide updates and resolve customer inquiries.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products; AS/400 experience is a plus.
- A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
