Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and empower field operations staff through coaching, mentoring, and training, ensuring their success in achieving company goals.
  • Provide steadfast support to team leads in troubleshooting complex issues, demonstrating resourcefulness and agility as needed.
  • Support technicians with pricing expertise and technical know-how.
  • Collaborate on training, inspections, and disciplinary actions.
  • Showcase your HVAC expertise by performing repairs, maintenance, and installations.
  • Master the repair and maintenance of diverse HVAC systems, ensuring peak performance.
  • Extend the lifespan of residential HVAC systems through proactive maintenance.
  • Build strong customer relationships based on trust and satisfaction.
  • Deliver timely and high-quality repairs, always prioritizing customer needs.
  • Maintain a meticulous standard for your team's inspections and repairs.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • HVAC technical experience is required for this position.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in skilled trades.
  • Knowledge of residential services is a must.
  • Must be highly organized with good attention to detail and follow through.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Excellent leadership, customer care, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Service Titan or comparable system (preferred)
