Exact Solar is seeking a part time Accounting Coordinator to join our team This is an amazing opportunity to advance your career with a local, growing company. We are seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive to join our team. In this role, some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Customer invoicing (through QuickBooks)
  • Accounts receivable duties
  • Entering bills (through BILL)
  • Assisting with team member time tracking
  • Reporting to the Accounting Manager and assisting with misc. tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Online & BILL: We use QuickBooks Online as our accounting software and BILL for Accounts Payable. Having knowledge of these two platforms is essential in this role and will be utilized daily.
Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel: In accounting we use a lot of spreadsheets, so understanding how they work is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication skills: As an accounting team member, you must be able to effectively communicate.
Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills: You'll manage multiple time-sensitive tasks, so being efficient and organized is crucial.
Eager to learn and grow professionally: This position offers significant opportunities for growth, so we prefer someone open-minded and eager to learn.
