C&M Dredging


We are seeking full-time motivated self-starters with a positive attitude to join a growing company to work with large-scale Construction Equipment, operate them safely, and perform labor-related activities on project sites throughout FL and the Southeast.


  • This is a travel Job

Compensation:

$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, skid loaders, and others as assigned.
  • Assist with loading and unloading cargo.
  • Complete pre and post-operation inspection of equipment.
  • Perform regular maintenance on equipment and identify when additional maintenance is needed.
  • Must be willing to travel for up to 45 days at a time, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strictly follow all safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an operator
  • Strong work ethic
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • 18 years of age or older
  • The ability to exert yourself physically over long periods of time
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must have a valid Driver's license
  • Must be able to work in extreme weather
  • Must be able to lift 75 pounds
